Oracleのソフトウェアの無料ダウンロードが始まっています。

無償でダウンロード、自由に学習、必要なだけ評価

以前も利用期限がある形で製品版と同等の機能を有したものを無料でダウンロードできていたOTNですが、開発や勉強用には無料で無期限で無制限に利用できます。

OTN Software Kitがなくなってしまって開発用にOracle Databaseを使いたいときにはどうしようと思っていたのですが、これで開発するうえでの憂いはなくなりますね。

すべてのソフトウェアは無償でダウンロードできます。各ソフトウェアには開発ライセンスがついており、完全版の製品を無償で使用できます。さらにアプリケーションの開発と試作を実施できます（または自己学習の目的に限り使用できます）。場合によって、ベータ版のリリースといった特定のダウンロードについては、使用許諾条件が多少異なることがあります。完全な使用許諾契約を提供するライセンスがついている製品は、オンライン・ストアまたは販売代理店にお問い合わせください。

Databaseであれば、次のような製品がダウンロードできます。

  • Database 11g Release 2 (Standard Edition, Standard Edition One, Enterprise Edition)
  • Database 11g Release 1 (Standard Edition, Standard Edition One, Enterprise Edition)
  • Database 10g Release 2 (Standard Edition, Standard Edition One, Enterprise Edition)

残念ながらOracle Database 11g Release 2のWindows版は2010/02/23時点では発売されていませんので、まだ掲載されていませんが、きっと発売が開始されたら掲載されると思います。
