[Windows8]Surface RTが入手できるまでWindows RTは除外しよう

Windows RTにチェックをつけているとWindowsストアの審査で動作不良で認定NGになるときがあるので注意が必要です。

この問題の解決方法はパッケージ作成時に明示的にx86とx64を指定することです。

アーキテクチャ指定の場合、複数のパッケージに分かれますが、別れたパッケージを一度にWindowsストアにアップロードして審査を受けることができます。
