クラウディアさんアプリ Claudia x Clockをmarketplaceに申請してみました。
現時点でまだ審査がとおってないのですが何回かやりとりしています。
2011/05/23 marketplaceに申請
2011/05/24 「他社のロゴやトレードマークを使っているのでFailed。」
2011/05/24 Claudiaさんは日本マイクロソフトの許可を得ていると書き添えて再申請
2011/05/28 「マイクロソフトのCOPYRIGHTがはいっているが許可が確認できないのでFailed。」
2011/05/28 notesに日本マイクロソフトの担当の方を記載して再申請
2011/05/31 「英語で申請しているのに日本語がメインだからFailed。」
marketplaceの審査の方からは、次のような提案をいただいています。

日本語アプリケーションであることを英語で説明しましょうということなのかな。
そういえばHiranagaTwitでは「Japanese HIRAGANA only twitter client」ってdescriptionに記載してありました。
「This application displays Japanese Tweet from Claudia (Micosoft Japan’s Cloud Girl) . 」と記載して再申請してみます。
しかし、週末またいでいることを考えると審査スピードはやいですね。
