　System.AddInを試してます。MSDN Libraryにあるチュートリアルをとりあえず書いてみました。MSDNからはダウンロードできないようだし置いておきますね。Visual Basic Express Editionで書いてます。

　実際にMISAOに組み入れてみたけどうまくできない。作成されるDLLのフォルダ構成が決まっているのだけど、たぶんそのせいでアドインからDLL参照に失敗する。ひとつは独自のクラスライブラリ。こっちは各フォルダにDLLをコピーすれば動きけどスマートじゃない。何か参照する方法あるのかな。それかSystem.AddIn的にはそんなことしてはダメなのかも。もうひとつはXmlSerializer。こっちは動的に生成されるアセンブリの参照が失敗してると思う。解決方法わからんー。

参照するDLLはEXEより下のディレクトリしか見れませんが、その辺は大丈夫？

その辺かも。アドインDLLがEXEより下のフォルダ、アドインDLLがEXEと同階層フォルダにあるDLLを参照したいってところかな。でも、System.AddInでフォルダ構成が決まっていてアドインDLLは、EXEより下のフォルダに置く。そっちが前者。
XmlSerializerの動きはよくわからない。アドインDLL内で使用するとFileNotFoundExceptionになる。動的に作成されるアセンブリが見つからないってことなんだと思うけど。
