FIX: A Stop error or a crash occurs on the operating system when you profile an application by using Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1

> This problem occurs because the sampling profiler uses a driver in the operating system. However, the Intel Nehalem processor was created after the release of the 2008 version of the profiler. Because the sampling feature of the profiler is specific to the driver per processor, it was not possible to be completely compatible with the Nehalem processor before the release.
この問題は OS で利用される "sampling profiler" が利用する driver が原因となって引き起こされます。しかしながら、"Intel Nehalem processor" は "Visual Studio 2008" relase 後に作成されたものです。"Profiler" の sampling 機能で利用される driver は processor 毎に固有であり、"Nehalem processor" の release までに互換性を保つことができませんでした。
Visual Studio 同梱の "Profiler" を利用していなければ関係無いでしょうね。
