Security fix と bug fix のほかに Windows XP SP2 のような sercurity 強化のための拡張が施されているようなので要注意です。
気になったのは下記

Microsoft Update でも配布されていますけど、適用する前にちゃんと変更点確認したほうがいいでしょう。
