出向先の新入社員に新人教育がされているのを横目で見ています。
オブジェクト指向を教えているようですが…大丈夫かこれ？

んと…「生徒の目の前で先生に質問をする」メソッドが有効ですｗ
っつか放置すると結構被害がとんでもないレベルまで跳ね上がるので。早めに問題点は「改善」するようにしてますｗ

自社でやってて、俺の同僚が教育してるなら口を挟みますが、こちらは協力会社という立場ですからね。
っていうか、俺（の会社）と今の出向先が契約するときには、（お約束だが嘘が書いてある）スキルシートだけで、実スキルチェックとかされてませんしね。

ははぁんなるほど。…むつかしいところですねぇ。
おいちゃん的には「ずかずけっと教育に走る」のですが。人間関係その他含め、本質的に問題を孕みやすいのでお勧めはかけらほどもできませんし(苦笑

こゆときは…基本はやはり「祈る」でしょうか(苦笑
