タグの情報が取得できないかという話しがあったので、フォト ギャラリーの Tag Suggestionsの削除 という3月のエントリをひっぱってきてみる。
Windows Live フォト ギャラリーから追加したタグはレジストリの以下の場所にあります。
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live\Photo Gallery\Library\PreviewPane\LabelAssignment\MRU
VB.NETで記述すると……

という感じですねー。Live フォト ギャラリーのバージョンは2009 Betaなんですが、レジストリ位置は以前と変わらず上記の場所でした。
Betaからは、自動 顔認識による人物タグなる機能が追加されています。
人物タグの情報については、レジストリに HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live\Photo Gallery\PersonTagMru というキーがあり人物タグの情報と思われます。このキー以下には、Live フォト ギャラリーへサインインしたユーザーごとのキーが作られているのですが、タグ名の情報はないですね。残念。

フォト ギャラリー タグ情報取得 is kinda plain. You ought to peek at Yahoo's home page
and see how they create article headlines to grab viewers to click.
You might add a video or a pic or two to get readers interested about everything've written. In my opinion, it would bring your website a little livelier.
